LIVE OAK UNITED STUDENT MINISTRY IS FOCUSED ON THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING OF THE STUDENTS IN OUR COMMUNITY.

 

WE BELIEVE THAT SALVATION, FORGIVENESS FROM SIN, AND RESTORATION WITH GOD, COME THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST ALONE. WE BELIEVE THAT WHEN STUDENTS EMBRACE THIS TRUTH, OUR LOCAL AND GLOBAL COMMUNITIES WILL BE RADICALLY TRANSFORMED. JESUS'S KINGDOM COME. HIS WILL BE DONE.

 

WE BELIEVE IT IS IMPORTANT FOR STUDENTS TO KNOW THAT REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY BELIEVE, THEY HAVE A PLACE WHERE THEY BELONG. OUR GOAL ISN'T THAT STUDENTS BELIEVE WHAT WE BELIEVE SO THEY BECOME LIKE US, AND THEN BELONG WITH US. WHEN STUDENTS FEEL LIKE THEY BELONG WITH US, THEN THEY WILL BE WILLING TO BELIEVE LIKE US. WE WANT STUDENTS TO FOLLOW JESUS WITH US. 

 

WE BELIEVE GOD WILL TRANSFORM STUDENTS INTO THE BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES, AND THAT HE IS FAITHFUL TO MAXIMIZE THE POTENTIAL HE HAS ALREADY WOVEN INTO THE FABRIC OF THEIR SOUL. FOLLOWING JESUS MAKES YOUR LIFE BETTER, AND MAKES YOU BETTER AT LIFE.
